I created Olympus to be able to help more people. There is a gap in the market of quality programming specific to footballers.

There are currently 6 pathways that you can choose from, none better than the next, but some may be more appropriate for certain types of players/athletes.
Once I sign up to Olympus, what do I get?
Training program accessible on App, with videos and explanations on every exercise (you’re able to opt out if you can’t perform something and you can sub exercises from a drop down menu. Exercises are logged, tracked and be assorted on a leader board. Exercises progress and change up each month – we need consistency to improve, and we need progression to continue to evolve.
Ability to upload exercise videos for feedback by JR and his team.
Access to JR directly (group chat or DM)
Access to an AI Speed app which gives technical feedback in minutes once you’ve uploaded accelerations and sprints into the app. Contact JR to access.
Access to a Private Discord Community with an assortment of webinars, additional program add ons such as extra conditioning drills.
Discord also includes various industry level experts channels, such as Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Supplementation, and Mindset & Confidence.
CHRONOS
Players struggle to know what to do and when - Chronos gives you the Minimum Effective Dose whether you play 1 or even 2 games per week. I get it, not all players like the Gym, but you know you need to do it!
Chronos is the same schedule that I use to train my Championship players playing on a Sat/Tues. I also use the same framework around the Champions League and major international Competitions like the Euros, Copa America and World Cup where time is precious. Tested for months by Scottish Premier League ballers, this is perfect for Semi Pro and Pro schedules.

HERMES
Improve your efficiency and maximise your tools by giving your body the attention it deserves. Many Pro athletes struggle with simple capacity drills – fill this bucket and the whole game gets easier.
Improve your movement patterns to leak less energy, to reduce load through problematic areas, and lay the foundations to get a head start into your immortal athleticism. This pathway is ideal for you if you’re a youth athlete, new to the gym, or recently just back from exercise post injury.

ARES
Well known as Adámastos, meaning “indestructible”, strength and power prevail in battles if you can already move like a warrior. Purely gym based, so this is ideal for you if you currently do a lot of sprinting and need to add some Gym work into your schedule.
3x Full Body sessions, 1x Upper Body session

ZEUS
Rule them all with this all round pathway. No stone is left unturned catering for the modern day player. For players playing Part Time, Zeus may suit as it also includes a pitch session which exposes you to more sprint work and plyos.

CERBERUS
Often referred to as the hound of Hades, Cerberus guards the gates of the Underworld. Who better to help a modern day GK sharpen his physical tools than the guardian of Hell himself.
A pathway that focuses on strength, power and mobility to help warriors stop any attack from the enemy.
3x Gym based sessions, 1x Pitch session
HERCULES
There are many bodybuilding programs out there, but they are no good for athletes. Then I created Olympus Online, which focussed primarily on performance and allows you to train like my Premier League players.
Now, Hercules is here. Improve your lower body strength, power & speed AND increase your upper body muscle mass because confidence on the pitch starts with you feeling confident.
Frustrated by bigger, less skilled players getting the nod over you, or are you strong for your size but fed up of being left out of certain games because of mismatches with the opposition? Then Hercules might be for you.
